If you’ve completed your RPL and don’t wish to proceed to PPL or perhaps don’t meet some of the other requirements to hold a PPL, you can choose to complete an RPL Navigation Endorsement. This will allow you to navigate beyond the 25 nautical miles you are usually restricted to when holding an RPL. You will be able to fly in uncontrolled airspace and to any uncontrolled aerodrome in Australia, however you will be restricted to flying single engine aeroplanes only.
