Flight Training:

Having completed your PPL, it’s time to undertake further navigational training with instruction focused on commercial decision making in real-world scenarios. You will need to attain 100 hours of flight time as pilot in command, of which 20 hours must be cross-country. This solo time is an opportunity to consolidate your training and build the confidence and capability required to safely and professionally operate an aeroplane.

Theory Exams:

You will need to complete seven (7) separate theory exams before you can sit your CPL Flight Test. These include:

• CPL Aircraft General Knowledge (CSYA)
• CPL Aerodynamics (CADA)
• CPL Operations, Performance and Flight Planning (CFPA)
• CPL Air Law (CLWA)
• CPL Human Factors (CHUF)
• CPL Navigation (CNAV)
• CPL Meteorology (CMET)
