Flight Review
All licence holding pilots are required to have a current flight review when flying as pilot in command.
If your flight review is due for a renewal (be it SEA, MEA, or NVFR) or has already expired, contact us at Phil Unicomb Aviation to talk to an instructor about your individual situation. This is your opportunity to not only become current again but also cover any flying you like with a friendly instructor.
With the multitude of experience our team has, we can cater for most aircraft and design features. If you have your own aircraft you would like to do the flight review in, we are more than happy to help.
Instrument Rating Proficiency Check (IPC)
All Instrument Rated Pilots require an Instrument Proficiency Check (IPC) every 12 months, and here a PUA we have you covered for both Single and Multi Engine IPCs!
A typical IPC will require instrument approaches in both our Elite Airtrainer AT-11i Simulator and an aircraft. If you own an IFR equipped aircraft then we are more than happy to conduct the IPC in your aeroplane.
Your IPC can be renewed up to 3 months before its expiry so get in touch with our team to schedule your renewal!
Private Instrument Rating Flight Review
Pilots who hold a Private Instrument Rating (commonly known as a “PIFR”) are required to have a Private Instrument Rating Flight Review every 24 months.
We have both Single and Multi Engine IFR capable aeroplanes available, or like any of our other flight reviews, you are most welcome to bring along your own aeroplane.
